That includes national carriers like Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, Guardian, Humana, United Healthcare, United Concordia, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, along with regional and local plans such as Health Plan of Nevada, Hometown Health, Nevada Dental Benefits, and Teacher’s Health Trust.
The practice also accepts a wide range of union and trade benefit programs common across the valley, including plans for local firefighters, electrical workers, carpenters, ironworkers, plumbers and pipefitters, operating engineers, laborers, and Teamsters. If you don’t see your plan here, there’s a good chance it’s still accepted. This is only a partial list of the plans we accept.

Most patients start with a down payment somewhere in the range of $250 to $500. From there, monthly payments typically run between $99 and $175, depending on the treatment plan. Because every smile is different, your exact numbers come together during your complimentary consultation, where you’ll get a clear picture of your treatment and your costs before anything begins.
